- Drink daily water throught the day, prefer to take 8-9 glassess

- Reduce the intake of fried, fatty, spicy, and junk food

- Avoid alcoholic, carbonate and caffefine drinks

- Meals at regular intervals, avoild long gaps between meals

- Consume food two to three hours before going to bet
